Tropical Green Smoothie

Transport your tastebuds to the tropical rain forest with this icy, nutrient-rich treat.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

3 cups pineapple chunks

1/2 cucumber (not peeled) cut into chunks

2 cups coconut water

1 cup almond milk

1/4 orange juice

5 mint leaves

2 mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with mint leaves.
