An exciting, flavor packed ethnic appetizer in a small package. Just like me!
2 tablespoons minced frech cilantro
2 tablespoons onions
2 tablespoons greek style plain yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound lean ground lamb
1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 12 lamb balls.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put olive oil and add lamb balls.
3. Cook each lamb for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides. Cook until done.
4. Serve with your favorite sauce
