Homemade Guacamole

This homemade guacamole is simple, fresh and easy to make. It's also much lower in sodium than most you buy at a store or restaurant.

Top your tacos, serve with your nachos and dip your chip. This light and zesty will en liven nearly any dish.

Servings: 1 batch

Level: Easy


3 avocados, halves, peeled and seeded

2 roma tomatoes

1 lime, juiced

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

8 dashes hot sauce

2 tablespoon sour cream (optional)


1. In a small bowl mash avocados. Stir in sour cream, tomatoes.

2. In a separate bowl, mix in lime juice, cilantro, garlic clove, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Mix that in with the avocado mixture.

3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
