Kale Berry Blues
Smoothies are like the liquid version of salads. You can add vegetables, fruits - anything! You can be really creative.
You get all the vegetables, fruits and dairy that you need in one glass and it's a great energy booster!
Servings: 2 (8oz glass)
2 (6oz) blueberries
1 (6oz) blackberries
1 cup purple kale
3 mint leaves
1 (8oz) fresh squeezed orange juice
1 purple kale leaf for garnish
1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached. Top it with one purple kale leaf.
