Spinach Pomegranate Salad

Spinach, promeganate and avocado salad. Simple, healthful and tasty.

Servings: 4

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

1 (10 ounce) bag spinach leaves.

1 avocado cut lengthwise

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated

balsamic vinaigrette or your choice of dressing

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredientsin a large bowl (except fir the dressing)

2. Gently mix in the dressing or serve the salad with dressing on the side.
