Creamy Coleslaw

Cool and creamy, this homemade coleslaw makes an excellent side to your favorite BBQ or other hot and savory dishes. 

Servings:

Level: Easy 

 

Ingredients

2 cups green cabbage cored and thinly sliced

2 cups red cabbage cored and thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and set aside. 

 

Mayonnaise Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients

2. Toss the dressing the the coleslaw mix veggies. 

 

Sour Cream Dressing:

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients

2. Toss the dressing the the coleslaw mix veggies.
