Baked Parmesan Fries

These fries are so delicious you won't even know they're baked! They are more healthful than deep fried fries, flavorful AND crisp. Baking means that cleanup is easier, too! 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 russet potatoes cut into strips

3 tablespoons olive oil 

2 tablespoon garlic powder

3/4 grated parmesan

1 teaspoon dried thyme cheese. 

1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish

salt and pepper to taste

water

 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 425F.

2. Soak potatoes in water for 15 minutes. Pat dry. 

3. Coat a baking pan with non stick spray. 

4. In a large bowl, coat  the fries with olive oil, garlic powder,parmesan, parsley and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. 

5. Bake for 30 -35 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with more parsley leaves.
