I love bite size ice cream. Why? well because if you give me a whole pint of ice cream, I would probably eat it all.! no joke! I can't stop myself sometimes. These bite size, helps me control my cravings for ice cream.
This recipe came from Cold Stone. One of my favorites is the Strawberry Banana Rendezvous from Cold Stone. It is my to go to. I love that it has fruits in it. I also love the graham crackers!!!! Anyway, I decided to create it but in bite size. I also made some changes. I chopped the white chocolates in the ice cream into pieces instead of leaving them whole. I also put melted dark chocolate and white chocolate and drizzled in on top of the bite size ice cream.
Agh it was so delicious.
You can definitely make this with your kiddos. You can have them mix everything. It's a great bonding recipe. It's easy and fun to make. Plus, they get to say " I made my own ice cream"
Anyway, Mitchell will be coming home tomorrow. In the past two weeks, I was able to do a lot of the things I don't normally do when he's not here. HAHA. That means, taking a shower whenever I want to, going for a 9 mile bike ride, swimming and running. It's been nice but I'm glad he's coming back soon. So for today, I will be running and swimming and maybe shopping??? As many of you know, I used to have a blog about fashion. I quit it because I realized it was took a lot of my time and money! It was so expensive. I was constantly shopping. It was fun but I was also poor.
I maybe blogging tonight and cooking. I will let you know what I end up making today. I hope you all like this recipe. Let me know if you have any comments or suggestions.
