Chicken Artichoke Pesto Naan Pizza

As I was going through my freezer, I noticed that I had two naan bread left. I wanted to be creative so I decided to make my own "pizza".

 

Who here is very busy and rarely have time to make dinner? Me! Don't get me wrong, I love spending time in the kitchen... when I have time to spare. I am very busy at work and when I get home, I want something quick. This 8 ingredients, delicious and simple pizza is my go to recipe. 

 

 

Ingredients: 

2 naan pizza ( I got mine from Trader Joe's ) 

4 Tbs basil pesto 

1 grilled chicken breasts, cubed 

1 canned grilled artichoke hearts ( I got mine from Trader Joe's)

2 Tbs canned black olives 

1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 Tbs dried basil 

2 Tbs dried parsley 

 

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 

  2. Lay 2 pieces of naan on a pizza peel on a baking sheet. 

  3. Spread basil pesto on each naan. Divide the chicken, artichoke hearts, basil, parsley, olives and cheese between the 2 pizzas.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes

  5. Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board and let rest for a few minutes before cutting.

  6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over top. Slice the pizzas in to quarters.
