Easy and Delicious Homemade Meatballs


1 lb - ground sirloin beef

2 1/2 tsp - minced garlic

2 tsp - parsley flakes

2 tbsp - onion powder

1 - large egg

1/4 tsp - black pepper

3/4 tsp - salt

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.

3. Form the meat into 1 1/2'' balls.

4. Place the meatballs on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes, or until middle is no longer pink.

5. Simmer meatballs with your favorite red sauce for 10 minutes then serve.



Take away the stress by prepping the night before. Cooking will be much more relaxing.
